Linen that keeps up with your bookings
Washing between guests is the part of hosting that doesn't scale. One property and a free afternoon is manageable. Back-to-back bookings, a small dryer or a second listing usually isn't.
We collect the used linen, wash it on commercial-grade machines at LaundDry, our laundromat in Marina Square, Wentworth Point, and bring it back washed, dried and folded. Book a pickup after a checkout, or set up a regular schedule that follows your calendar.
Your linen is washed separately and never mixed with another customer's, so the sets you bought come back as your sets.

Put the used sheets and towels in a bag and leave it at the door, with building reception or wherever we agree to collect.

On the day you book, or on a fixed schedule: weekly, a few times a week, or daily when you're busy.

Back, folded
Washed, dried and folded within 48 hours, or within 24 hours with Express. Ready to go straight onto the beds.
We wash your linen. We don't hire it out.
Some hosts look for linen hire, where a company supplies the sheets and towels and charges for every changeover. We don't do that. We wash linen you own, which is usually cheaper over a year of steady bookings. Keep about three sets per bed and per bathroom: one in use, one in the wash and one spare.
Prices
Businesses pay the same prices as our household customers: one price per load, by weight. The smallest load is Small. We weigh everything at our laundromat and only charge for what's there.
