Breakfast Point was built for a quieter kind of living. A lot of people here have downsized from a family home into something low-maintenance by the water, and most things got smaller in the move. The washing didn't.

That's where we come in. We collect from apartments, townhouses and houses across the estate — leave the bag at your door or with building reception, whichever your building prefers, and add your unit number when you book. Nothing needs carrying anywhere.

The peninsula has no through roads, which keeps it quiet but also means drivers who don't know it end up circling. Ours do this run regularly, straight on from Mortlake and the houses in Concord, and know the layout.
